Refund & Return Policy
This policy is in accordance with UAE Federal Law on Consumer Protection and Cabinet Decisions on the Executive Regulation of Consumer Protection.
1. Our Commitment
At Amoon Bloom Trading LLC, we take great care in preparing and delivering every order. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You are eligible for a return or refund in the following circumstances:
- The product received is materially different from what was ordered
- The product arrives in a damaged or defective condition
- The order was not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our error
- The product poses a safety concern
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable and personalised nature of our products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Fresh flowers and floral arrangements (perishable goods)
- Personalised and custom-made items, once production has begun
- Gift boxes where packaging has been opened or items removed
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery
- Items where the return request is made more than 24 hours after delivery
4. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund request:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at management@amoonbloom.com or via WhatsApp at +971 50 345 6793
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging
- Our customer care team will review your request within one (1) business day
- Approved returns must be dispatched within 48 hours of approval
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Where a full refund is not applicable, we may offer a store credit or replacement product of equal value at our discretion.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within two (2) hours of placement, provided production has not yet commenced.
- Personalised orders cannot be cancelled once customisation has begun.
- To cancel an order, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 50 345 6793.
- Cancellations approved before dispatch will receive a full refund.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow the return process outlined above, and we will provide a replacement or refund accordingly.
8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and the applicable laws. In the event of a dispute, you may also refer your complaint to the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department.
